  • Roof Repair & Maintenance Team

    Kickstart your roofing career with our Roof Repair & Maintenance Team. Gain exposure to a diverse array of roofing types, their application, and maintenance in a short time frame. Duties include moss/debris removal, drain & gutter cleaning, caulking renewal, painting, emergency leak calls, membrane and shingle repairs, and waterproofing.


    While we don't like turning away good candidates, Citadel Roofing & Building Maintenance is looking for people that meet these minimum requirements:

    • Punctual, professional, reliable and trustworthy
    • Team Player
    • Come to work with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
    • Someone who is not afraid of heights but instead enjoys the spectacular views this career offers, as required
    • A warrior in all weather conditions - heat, cold, wind and rain.
    • Ability to lift, push, pull and drag up to 50 lbs.
    • Ability to bend, lift, walk and climb
    • A willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors but also a self-starter who can work unsupervised, as required.
    • Someone who is safety conscious with the ability to follow and understand safe work procedures
    • Able to travel to job sites within the Lower Mainland and Metro Vancouver Area
    • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

    Our Shingle Team is tasked with the installation, repair, or replacement of shingle systems. Using quality materials, this team ensures durable and aesthetically pleasing roofing solutions for our clients.

    Join the Flat Roof Team and become an expert in installing, repairing, or replacing built-up roofing systems. Using materials such as asphalt-saturated felts, hot asphalt, and gravel, this team delivers top-quality flat roofing services.

  • Architectural Sheet Metal Team

    As part of the Architectural Sheet Metal Team, you'll install and repair metal on commercial and residential projects. This includes working with flashings, louvers, skylights, metal doors, soffits, and gutters. Your precision and craftsmanship will significantly contribute to the overall functionality and aesthetic appeal of our clients' buildings.
